- 1894 - the registration and the building of the diary in Skarszewy; local builders were involved in the construction; the plant was equipped with then modern appliances
- 1895 - the start of the production in October; the main products were cheese and butter

- 1920 - after the First World War the diary belonged to the newly emerged Polish country; 85 per cent of the shareholders were Germans, 15 per cent - Poles
- 1937 - other local diaries joined the diary in Skarszewy which consequently became the biggest plant in the area
- 1938 - Poles owned 40 per cent of shares, the conversion of the building started, old equipment was replaced with new one, the conversion lasted untill 1939
- 1945 - the building was damaged during the bombing
- 1972 - the merger of the diary in Skarszewy with the diary in Kościerzyna, the plant in Skarszewy became a production department with the headquarters in Kościerzyna
- 1990 - seperation of the diary from the diary in Kościerzyna (currently non-existent) and its re-registration
- 1992 - the closing of buying-up points; from this year forward milk is being received from the farmers by the use of tankers with a build-in milk reception system
- 1997 - the replacement of a coal furnace with an oil one
- 2000 - the modernisation of the assembly lines
- 2004 - the diary was qualified for the trade in the European Union
- 2006 - the beginnig of another expansion of the building
